Before I get into the symptomology of HIV seroconversion, let me deal with the questions about transmission.
Transmission from toilets is virtually impossible
The situation you describe is not a risk for HIV transmission. Of the fluids you speculate were in the toilet bowl, only semen is infectious, and you are making an assumption that
it was semen (how can you see semen in a toilet bowl?)
it was semen from an HIV infected man (possible but very remote)
men ejaculate into toilets (very difficult to do)
the virus could survive the cold temperatures of a toilet (not possible)
the semen could get on your labia from inside the toilet bowl (I can't imagine how)
To put your fears into perspective, would you have been as concerned if the toilet had been located in a restaurant as opposed to a strip club? Did being in a strip club bring up some bad feelings for you? Did your feelings about the place get projected onto HIV risk? This would fit the pattern of people who have an encounter with sex workers and have a very strong anxiety response that they project onto HIV. Your situation may be very different, but I just wanted to point out a possible connection.
