This is a chance for people living with HIV here in Thailand, the Thai adults that you see in this photograph have recovered from AIDS and are living HIV positive. Most originally came from the PCU at the CSC Rayong having recovered from AIDS. By 2003 Farther Giovanni had recognized a bottle neck in his effective treatment system for HIV/AIDS patents at the PCU, being that once recovered from AIDS the patents were well enough to work but being poor and with no support from family or community they had nowhere to go.
