This introduction zone also presents perspectives

This introduction zone also presents perspectives towards love from well-known personalities around the world. Among the quotes is one from Lady Gaga, "You don't need to have sex to be loved"; feminist scholar Chalidaporn Songsamphan, "Learning to give up someone who doesn't care about you is maybe the best way to be free from suffering and help you to get ahead"; and the father of Taoism Lao Tzu, "Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength while loving someone deeply gives you courage".

Apart from the introduction area, five other zones illustrate other interesting topics related to sexuality including love and desire; relationships and communication; sexual intercourse, birth and birth control; sexually transmitted diseases and HIV/Aids; and gender identity.

THEY DO IT TOO: Video display on animal mating rituals. A mother explains how a baby is conceived and develops in a womb to her children.

Panatda Amus, a volunteer at the exhibition, said the majority of visitors are teenagers and university students. Many come with their families.

While Panatda's responsibility is to provide visitors with information and guidance, she noticed attendees here are most interested in learning more about their bodies, physical changes in teenagers as well as how to take care of themselves appropriately.

"Sex is the thing that most people are too embarrassed to ask about, or discuss," said Panatda. "This exhibition gives people a good opportunity to talk, learn and understand more about sex. It is a place where a father can explain about physical changes to his teenage son or where a mother can teach her daughter about protected sex."
